Paul work at George Washington High School in maintenance until October 1951. He worked for Chevrolet for a short time and went to work for Detroit Diesel- Allison, where he retired after 29 years. He also worked for Hoosier Septic Tank and Sears part-time. Paul was very proud of his children, Sally and Tom, even more proud when the grandchildren came.
