In Step One you will be asked to fill out general information such as your name, relationship to the deceased, phone and e-mail, family service advisor’s name plus his or her phone and e-mail.

When a person’s name is selected in Family Legacies™, a Profile Page is presented with general information and a tribute. For the first step in the Family Legacies process, you will be asked to provide information, provide one photo of your loved one, and write a short tribute (500 words or less) to that person.

Along with the information about your loved one, you will be able to submit a photo or several photos with descriptions for each. We will return all photos to you immediately upon their scanning.
